Why cant I get my 93 Jimmy to go into 4hi it will go into 4lo

When I start my swicth lights up like it should but I cant get it to go into 4hi but it will go into 4lo

Have your encoder motor on teh t case and axles checked. The t case one is $100

Thanks I will I tried listning to see if I could hear it go in I hear it go in to lo but it sounds like it goes only half way and stops
