I have just replaced the clutch slave cylinder in a 1993 1500 Series GMC. I have bleed it also. It's acting like the clutch isn't even there.

If theres's no leak in the hydraulic-check the clutch master cylinder could be leaking internally-

I think you just don't have it bled out thoroughly. They are very difficult to bleed because the bleeder is at the bottom and the air rises. You may need a pressure bleeder.
