The speedometer is not working properly, sometimes rise between 60-70 mph and if I start to stop in a moment is going back to 0 mph, even if the car is moving slowly. Do I need to replace any part?

I believe the '93 used a mechanical speedometer like the '92. This is a two piece cable, the lower one that connects to the transmission usually goes bad. It screws into the upper cable and then into the transmission. You can buy new one from Toyota or get a used one from a junk yard.
