I replaced the Power Steering Pump, and know I hear a grinding sound when the wheels are turned in either direction, car still is hard to turn as well, not like it used to be

It is almost impossible on some Ford models to get the air to bleed out of the power steering system. The mechanics at the dealership use a special vacuum tool to make the air expand and come out faster.
