Where does the Yellow vacuum line coming off of Electric climet control lead too?

The vents do not work on my car. Only the defrost and the floor work. I found the disconnected yellow vacuum line under the dash but i do not know where it is suppose to go.

there should be a line coming through the firewall for the controls. look for that hose and i bet that is where it goes.
