dash board and tail lights stopped working.

dash and tail lights not working on 93 thunderbird pulled fuses and they all seem to look good. bulbs not burnt out either. checked bulbs-- o.k. checked fuses all "looked" o.k. flashers work, headlights work, brake lights work. also have no running lights.
