my moms radiator fan is not turning on her 1993 ford topaz. where should I start?

check all the fuses if all are good then you will need a scan tool to tell you if the temp sensor is good,if all is well there then its relay time if thats good check for power at the fan itself or you can do last step first,but remember it has to be up to temp before the fan will have power or come on.
