Oil coming of valve cover

. My 93 tempo 4cyl leaks oil from oil breather cap to air filter.

The engine blowby gases are excessive and is breathing too much due to worn piston rings.

Is there any type of sealant too repair worn piston rings?

Most don't work but you can try seamfoam.

You could try a heavier weight oil or an additive like LUCAS oil stabilizer which dramatically cuts down on vaporization/dispersion of oil. Is there any oil in air cleaner itself?
