i have both a 1992 and a 1993 ford taurus and i wanted to know if the transmission from the 1992 will fit into the 1993.

must be the same engine and the same trans. there is a electronic connector at the top by the shifter linkage that must be the same.

yes as long as the dealer says the trans has the same part # for both years
