1993 Ford Ranger headlights

93 Ford ranger. I just replacedthe bulbs because I thought they were blown. After installation the headlights still do not work. What would cause this????

check fuse #2 in power dist box first also fuse 10 inside truck, then if dimmer switch is on the floor disconnect it see if headlights come on. if not have a local pro look at it to see what he can find. Also check the ground going to headlights by the headlights.
