what tools do i need to replace the valve seals and what is the most easy way to do them

Joe-its the easy way-people don't like to get that backbone aching when lifting the head out of the block -you need a special tool to do it-

If you don't have a compressor to provided regulated air pressure, the easy way out is out of the question.

Back during my old plastic days with no compressor -I fill the cylinders with strings to block the valves from falling-

what way do you guys think would be easy i have a air compressor and i can get the tool but im not sure what tool i need to put the new seals back in

Basically, the compressor will pump air pressure into one cylinder at a time while you work on it. You need an adapter to screw into the location of the spark plug. Additionally, you will need a valve spring compressor that is designed to remove the spring while the head is still in place. Other than that, socket, needle nose pliers...

so if i take the head off i just need a valve seal tool to remove and istall them

If you remove the head, yes. A valve spring compressor is needed at that point.

If you remove the head, don't just replace the seals. It would be better to have the valves lapped and the intake and exhaust ports cleaned.
