i have 1993 ford e 350 van it idle good when i fist start it but then it start running bad and when i am driving it it is jecking i change E.C.M AND WHAT IS the fuel pump psi i change the plugs and wires

what engine? scan for codes as well.

it have a 5.8 ENGINE i try two scanner and nether would enter the E.C.M

fuel pressure should be 30-45 psi engine running at idle.35-45 engine off key on. check to make sure your ground is good at aldl an dpower as well. make sure it's an OBD1 scanner.
