electric seat problems

I have a 199 Ford conversion van aspen edition. And the third row of seats its electrical and it went down and wont come back up plus the back fan wont blow either they stopped workin at the same time. Is there a way to over ride the seaqt motor so I can move it?

we dont' have the correct schematics for this but there should be a circuit breaker ofr it at the starter solenoid by the battery.check to see if you are getting power to the switch and if the switch sends power to the motor. a test light can do this.
