1993 Ford Festiva Will Start Idle Fine About 10 Seconds Starts Load Fuel You

I have 1993 ford festiva it will start and idle fine for about 10 seconds then it starts to load up with fuel, when you speed up the engine it will clear itself for a bit then start to load up again, I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator, and have tired a know good mass air flow sensor, battery voltage checks out to be around 12.5 with car off, any ideas?

Check for tune up and check engine compression.

Changed plugs and checked engine compression,Cylinders checked from 175psi to 200 psi. still have the same problem
