1993 Ford Festiva Previous About 93 Flooding Start Replaced Plugs

As of the previous question about the 93 festiva I have about it flooding when I start it, I replaced the plugs and checked the compression, I have from 175psi to 200psi, and problem is still occurring

check the coolant sensor as it controls the amount of fuel when cold. otherwise, it could be an injector not seating
