I drive a 1993 ford explorer. My car just clicks when I go to start it. What could be wrong, and how do I find out?

If you have the relay that looks like this one, be sure both of the larger nuts are tight. It's common for them to work loose. You can also unplug the red / blue wire on top, then use a jumper wire from that little stud to the battery positive post. That should make the engine crank so be sure the shifter is in park. That will divide the system in half for further troubleshooting.
