There's nine engines listed for your model. None of them are listed as "interference" engines meaning the open valves will be hit and bent by the pistons as they coast to a stop. If the timing belt breaks on an interference engine it will need to have the bent valves replaced along with the belt. That requires removing the cylinder head. It would appear that doesn't apply to your car.
