1993 Ford Escort A/C & Cooling fan

1993 Ford Escort 1.9 cooling fan not coming on. I have replaced the temp sensor, relays and the fan still doesnt come on. Even when I turn the A/C on the fan doesn't come on.

Power the fan motor direct from the battery and see what happens if it comes on-problem is coming from the computer

The fan itself works fine. Tested by unpluging the temp sensor, and powering fan via the battery.
