1993 Ford Crown Victoria my car is over heatering

We change all the parts of the cooling system. It hold pressure no water in the oil
the main part when the car over heats it boil out of the overflow tank and we have changed the cap new hoses the only thing that we can think of its because there no heater core in the car at the moment or the overflow tank is bad but the doesn't explain why it holds pressure

If you replaced the radiator, thermostat, water pump and there is no restriction in hoses (radiator specifically) then the only thing else left is a blown head gasket. Have the cooling system tested for combustion gases. Professionals will use a tester or tool called a block leak tester. This will test for any combustion gases being forced into the cooling system forcing most of the coolant out the radiator cap into the reservoir and eventually leaking out of the reservoir.
