My Crown Victoria 93' has been sitting in a storage unit for 5 years. I want to move it to my home but it will not roll in neutral. There is rust on my disc brakes front and back. I wonder if that is the case or not. I hooked up a power source and took it out of park and into neutral. The car wont budge, wondering if I could get some advise to get my car home. thanx

if the hand brake was on, the shoes may be rusted to the rotor.

jack it up and see if it is the rear wheels
