The oil pan is held in place by several bolts. Based on what engine you have, you may have to lift the engine from the frame (unbolt motor mounts) to actually get the pan off. Just remove the bolts, remove the pan, properly clean all old gasket material from both the pan and engine block, clean the pan out and make sure the oil pump pickup screen is clean, and reverse the order to replace it.
