1993 Dodge Shadow Tell Power Starter Really Think Sure Signs Two People

if so how can i tell if power is going to the starter i really think its is the starter but im not for sure.(what signs to look for) do i need two people for this?

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should get 12v. If you are getting power,. chances are the starter is bad. If there is no power, check to see if there is power at the relay. Remove it and check with a volt meter or a test light.
