How do I adjust the idle on my 93 dodge Shadow. When i Start My car thé Idle seems to Stay to Stay Idling High How do i Artist the Idle to thé right Idle speed. I recently changed my Spark plugs and Wired.

Hello,

Ok, first off since it is most likely fuel injected there is no manual adjustment. The Idle is controlled by the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and on some vehicle it is also controlled by the IAC (Idle Air Control) Valve. Another possibility is a vacuum leak.

So, Is your engine light on? If so then it is a sensor and you will need to get codes read. What is the engine size? Will see if can give instructions on pulling codes yourself.
