I have a 93 dodge dynasty and when I drive for about 20 miles it will go into limp mode
then if I stop and restart it and rev it then I can go about 5 more miles I have replaced both
speed sensors and the pigtails for them and flushed the transmission with new filter and ATF4 fluid
replaced also. Had a shop check codes what they got was #42 and replaced the solenoid
pack. Also code #24 transmission low rev pressure What is this and how can I fix it?

Code 24 is a tps problem like to low or to high voltage check for a shorted wire or open wire. See pics for testing

Do you think the TPS can make it go into limp mode?

I wouldn't think so but if it's in limp mode have a trans guy look at it. It's probably a clutch pak or seal bad

The transmission guy I had ( and can not afford to go back to ) said that this is a transmission code 24 not an engine code.

The trans guy should have a warranty on this. You should not attempt to fix this as I wouldn't recommend it but here's the way to test stuff see pics.
