wont shift while running

MY 1993 dodge Dakota sport v6 5 speed wont shift while running. Just replaced clutch flywheel and master/slave cylinder What can be wrong when the entire clutch system is brand new?

If it shifts with the engine off, the trans is most likely fine. If it won't shift with the engine running, the clutch isn't disengaging the trans from the engine. Recheck your work. Either the slave isn't properly bled, not properly attached, or something was put together incorrectly when you installed the clutch.
