I need a serpentine belt length to bypass A/C compressor and a routing diagram of how to put back on to get everything turning in the right direction. The pully on the compressor is loose and it wobbles side to side. Guess shaft is broke.

Unless that is something different than the normal 3.0 you don't need a bypass belt. The A/C is driven with its own belt. Just loosen the bolt on the tensioner and release the tension on the jack screw and remove the belt. Done.

On your diagram what does the big pully on the left side on bottom operate?

That is the power steering pump. Not an item you should bypass if you want to be able to drive the van.
