1993 caravan

I have a 1993 dodge caravan i have no gages working & have replaced the ECM,BCM,starter relay,two alts,new battery and more i'm sure butt I still get this clicking & dinging the interior lights blink with the clicking and my battery is going dead while driving it the previous owner put a new ignition in the van PLEASE HELP I'M READY TO LIGHT A MATCH... THANKS TLS.

Start by measuring battery voltage with the engine running. It must be between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it is low, measure the voltage on the two small terminals on the back of the alternator while the engine is running, then holler back with what you find.
