At normal operating temperature/driving, I pull up at a set of lights and when I'm stationary the car seems to idle under 1,000 rpm. Is this normal for my 1993 daihatsu charade 1.3 4 cylinder? Please any info would be helpfull

Idling speed should be around 750 rpm.
