Will not start

I changed out my plugs and wires, distributor rotor and cap. It was running before I changed everything but not that good. No, it wasn't to fire up but won't catch. Please someone help me

Hi,

I need to know what type of vehicle it is. Is it the van? Also, if it is a Cadillac, the Fleetwood and Eldorado are two different model vehicles. Please confirm that for me along with the engine size.

If it is a 1993 GM vehicle, I need you to check something for me. It will have an OBD1 computer system that doesn't require a scan tool to retrieve codes. All you will need is a simple jumper wire or even a paper clip. Follow the directions in this link and let me know if codes are retrieved:
