Why is my mini-van making a clunking sound on the right side when rotating

I have a chrysler town & country mini-van. It' a 1993 with 3.0 motor. It have a clunking sound when rotating sometimes it will go forward ,and sometimes backward, and sometime not at all.Will you please tell me what is this trouble.

Have the driveaxle on that side checked/brakes/suspension/strut -start here
