LOOKS LIKE IT'S DRIVEN FROM THE GEAR ON THE CENTER OF THE CAMSHAFT

THE CAM IS DRIVEN BY THE TIMING CHAIN. HERE'S MY GUESSES

THE GEAR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DISTRIBUTOR SHAFT HAS STRIPPED A ROLL PIN THAT HOLDS IT ON---OR THE SHAFT IS BROKE

TIMING CHAIN IS BROKE---OR OTHER RELATED PARTS ARE NOT WORKING

CAMSHAFT BROKEN OR CRANK IS BROKEN

YOU MAY BE ABLE TO LOOK IN A HOLE ON THE VALVE COVER OR REMOVE A VALVE COVER TO SEE IF THE ROCKERS ARE MOVING. OR. MIGHT AS WELL SNATCH THE DISTRIBUTOR OUT AND INVESTIGATE

IF IT'S TURNING OVER AND IT AIN'T MOVIN', PROBABLY NO NEED IN MARKING POSITIONS,

YOU ARE GONNA HAVE TO GO THRU ----"THE PROCEDURE" TO RE-INSTALL IT CORRECTLY "IN TIME" WITH THE VALVES. THAT IS, IF IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR

KEEP US POSTED ON PROGRESS
