1993 Chrysler New Yorker blinkers not working

The hazard lights work the blinkers are not I can hear them clicking but they are not on

The hazard lights and blinkers have different flashers, the thing that clicks. Turn on the blinker and crawl under the dash and feel for the clicking. That's the blinker flasher. Id replace that. Sometimes they'll click but not put out any power to the lights
