noise when exceeding 40/mph

When I drive past 40/mph it sounds like a motorcycle is right next to me. Its my truck making the noise!! What could it be? Idk where exactly on the truck its coming from.

have a pro check this as you didn't disquinsh what the noise is, it cold be ahole in the exaust system.
