1993 Chevrolet S-10 flooding problem

Constant flooding already replaced major components and still wants to surge when you apply gas going down the hill. Already replaced map flow air sensor, both temperature gauge sensors, plugs, wires, egr valve, o rings in the injectors.

Did a diagnosis lead to all those parts or did you just try random things? One fairly common cause of too much fuel is a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum hose off and see if it's wet inside. If it is, fuel is leaking into the intake manifold through it.
