Chevy s10 changed fuel pump.regulator.coil pack..fuel pressure at 38 psi ......turns over but will not start....pull. out spark plug they are covered in fuel...can't locate fuel relay......03/94.....perduction.......could use some guidens....thanks

Are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs? If so, you may have a bad spider
