Why won't my turn signals work?

My 93' geo prizm turn signals and hazard lights stopped working. I checked the fuses and replaced the relay this does'nt seem to be the problem. When checking the bulbs I noticed that the left turn signal bulb was on constantly where as the right was not. Any ideas?

wiring problem, bad hazard switch or bad signal switch.
