My car just had the water pump replaced and it is still getting hot. i had a flush done to it thinking that would help. (it did that day) i drove it the next day and my top hose collapsed. i think i keep getting air bubbles but dont know how they are getting in there. i get some heat but not as hot as it normally gets. i had to replace my fan relays cause i think the sensor for the low coolant light is bad and wont shut off.

If air continues to get into the system, that leads me to believe you have a bad head gasket. Compressed air from the cylinders is escaping under compression and getting into the cooling system. That is my theory.
