Removal (3.1L & 3.4L VIN X)
Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL PRESSURE RELIEF (PFI). Remove upper manifold or intake manifold plenum. On 3.1L models, remove fuel rails. See FUEL RAIL & INJECTORS (PFI).
On all models, remove inlet and return fuel fittings and gaskets. Remove pressure regulator-to-bracket retaining bolts. Separate pressure regulator from fuel rail.
Remove pressure regulator base-to-fuel rail connector tubes from pressure regulator.
