my 1993 corsica turn signals do not work
how and where do i replace the flasher fuse

The fuse panel is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel, near the shroud.
The hazard warning flasher is located behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel in the convenience center. The turn signal flasher is located next to the convenience center

what is the shroud? i found the fuse panel, do i need to remove it to get to the blinker fuses?
