1993 Chevrolet Cavalier Blower Motor Works Even Rain Soon Snows Rains Temp

The blower motor works even in the rain but as soon as it snows or rains when temp starts freezing it wont turn on until it warms up to get above freezing..... any advice?

Check for voltage and ground at the blower motor, when problem is ongoing. If good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Check for ice in blower housing, check condensation drain.
