wiring or ecu?

93 Z28 LT1. dash lights: oil, coolant, fuel, check engine lights go on and off as they wish. all fluids are good, engine just had tune up with new fuel injectors. interior lights do not work, nor does the middle section of the dash. is this as simple as a fuse or two, or is this more like a computer issue? car has 125k miles.

if this is adigital dash it probably is that that is bad. check all your fuses in car and underhood. check for a good body ground as well
