What should I try next?

1993 camaro, parked it 2 years ago due to it leaking water behind water pump....it still was running...i have just tried to strat it, wont start, battery has juice, everything turns on, but engine wont turn over

You need to do a load test on the battery. You can check it first with a voltmeter to see how many volts it has when it is just sitting there, then also check to see how many volts it has when you try to start it. Let me know the results and I can help you more.
