1993 Chevrolet Blazer remote oil filter

how do I move the oil filter back to the bottom of the engine, where it normally would be, from the left fender
inside the engine compartment, where it is now?
and what is need to do this, like adapters ?

We only recommend OEM type repairs. The filter is at the inner fender because it is an oil cooler the way it is designed.
