Blazer trouble

Got a rough idle with water dripping out of muffler. Its a 4.3 vortec with 250000 miles out of a 1993 chevy s10 blazer. After running for a while say idleing for bout an hour it stalls out and won't start up again for a few days. Can u help me out

Check for any fault codes and do a head check, this is a quick and simple chemical test for exhaust gases in the cooling system, if so you will have a head problem.

You're getting the rough idle bcuz water is mixing with gas-pressure test the cooling system
