Died while stopped at Traffic Light. Only Headlights dome light, and tail lights work... All else dead. New Battery. Ignition Key does Nothing.

your battery may be low from a failing alternator. check the voltage of the battery while not running

13.78 volts has NEW Alt, and New Battery. I have a Hydro electric lift in the Van for My Wheelchair, and It is working fine on the Battery without engine power.

clock, signals flashers, and radio all dead nothing but the headlamps, interior dome, and tail lights work. Key switch does Nothing when turned.

ok, you have 13.7 volts at the purple wire on the solenoid while in the crank position???

if you do, the solenoid has failed and you need to replace the starter motor
