Why doesn't the fan blow?

Why doesn't the fan blow on a 1993 fleetwood brougham even after replacing the blower. Could it be the climate control unit is gone bad or could it be the blower speed resistor is gone bad.

The climate control will come on but when you hit the fan button to adjust the fan it will not come on at all.It started coming on and off at times then it just quit.

could be a bad blower motor or a bad power module for the blower. have it checked out. the automatic climate control system needs a good tech familiar with these repairs to be accurate.
