Cadillac door panel removal

need to replace complete pass side mirror assembly in 93 DeVille. Have released most panel plastic screws without breaking them loose from backing but don't know how to proceed from here.

there shoudl be a couple of screws in the arm rest as well as if it's a manual remote mirror you'll have to pull off the escutcheon that holds the cable. you may have to remoove a screw for the door handle as well, then pull th epanel out at the bottom and lift up from the window. it should come free then.
