frame mount that holds axle has broken is this fixable is all rusted out can i replace it?

frame mount on booth sides by both doors has popped down and is hanging on the ground.

If you can find a good welder, it may be fixable. However, it sounds like a difficult repair. If the part is the front cradle, you may be able to get a used one from a salvage yard.
