i have checked tie rod ends, both inner and outter. i have also replaced both frount struts. i had the tires balanced and rotated.

up on moderate acceleration and braking the steering wheel trembles. whats could be the cause.

Struts and tie rod ends don't cause vibrations or shaking. Warped brake rotors are a more common cause even if there's no pulsing in the brake pedal. Inner cv joints on front-wheel-drive cars can cause a vibration in the steering wheel but only under acceleration. Broken tire belts are another thing to look for but that should have been checked when they were on the balancer.
