Up on moderate acceleration and braking the steering wheel trembles. Whats could be the cause.

I have checked tie rod ends, both inner and outter. I have also replaced both frount struts. I had the tires balanced and rotated.

Struts and tie rod ends don't cause vibrations or shaking. Warped brake rotors are a more common cause even if there's no pulsing in the brake pedal. Inner cv joints on front-wheel-drive cars can cause a vibration in the steering wheel but only under acceleration. Broken tire belts are another thing to look for but that should have been checked when they were on the balancer.
